- 3 tsp flavour less oil
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp instance coffee powder (optional)
- For Greasing:
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 tsp milk
- For Chocolate Frosting:
- 100 gm dark chocolate
- As required Whipped multi coloured Cream
- 1 tsp cake sprinkle
Instructions to make to make Chocolate Cake
- First mix all dry ingredients and Sieve all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix all wet ingredients.
- Take thick bottom pan, place salt in the bottom and one stand. And switch on the gas for preheat the pan.
- Grease cake tin with oil and place butter paper on that.
- Make batter by mixing wet and dry ingredients. (Don't over mix) pour this batter in greased cake tin. Set this cake in preheated pan.
- First cook 10 min on high flame. Then 10-15 on slow medium flame. Check with the toothpick that cake is cooked or not, if toothpick is clean it means cake is ready.
- Remove cake tin from the pan and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Brush the top with milk, this will soften the top. Cool the cake and then unmould and place on a wire rack. Cover it using a muslin cloth so that it doesn’t dry out.
- Melt dark chocolate and pour on cake. I mixed different colour whipped cream and gave flower shape. You can freeze this cake before having it. Enjoy!!!
